And if you're a seller? Buselor handles the delivery coordination, manages your inventory, and ensures you get paid automatically after successful delivery. All you have to do is list your products, package them, and wait for the rider to pick them up.

How do I know I won't be scammed? expand_more
Your funds are protected through our settlement infrastructure—they are only released to the seller after successful delivery confirmation. If the product is wrong, damaged, or fake—you don't provide the PIN. The seller doesn't get paid. Buselor steps in to resolve the dispute fairly.
What if I receive a damaged product? expand_more
Do not provide the PIN. Take photos of the damage. Report the issue. Buselor will review the evidence from all parties. If you're right, the settlement will be reversed and you'll get a refund.
When do sellers get paid? expand_more
You get paid automatically after the buyer confirms delivery with their PIN. The delivery confirmation triggers the settlement engine, and funds move from your Pending/Locked Wallet to your Available Main Wallet. You can then withdraw to your bank account.
What if the buyer doesn't confirm delivery? expand_more
If the buyer refuses to provide the PIN, the settlement goes into dispute. Buselor reviews the evidence from the buyer, seller, and rider. If you shipped the correct product, the dispute will be overruled and the settlement will complete.
How much does it cost to sell on Buselor? expand_more
There's no registration fee. You only pay:
  • 3% transaction commission (capped at ₦50,000)
What if the rider damages my product? expand_more
Both Kwik and FEZ have Goods-in-Transit insurance. If your product is damaged during delivery, the insurance covers it. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with supporting documentation.

No. Buselor is a settlement infrastructure platform, not a bank. We do not hold your money. We facilitate secure settlements between buyers and sellers using our licensed banking partner.
