Buselor Terms and Conditions

1. User Registration Terms

a. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old.
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• No fraudulent or illegal use of the platform.

b. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• Buselor is not liable for unauthorized access.

c. Use of Platform

• No impersonation, multiple fake accounts, or prohibited activities.
• No counterfeit or illegal products allowed.

2. Store (Seller) Creation Terms

a. Store Setup Requirements

• Valid store name, address, and bank info required.
• Bank account name must match seller's name.

b. Product Listings

• Accurate descriptions, pricing, and media (max 5MB for videos).
• Maintain stock and delivery reliability.

c. Sales and Commission

• 5% commission is charged on every sale.
• 95% is credited to the seller's wallet.

d. Withdrawal Conditions

• Only processed if bank name matches seller name.
• Delays may occur if delivery proof or buyer confirmation is pending.

e. Fraud and Suspension

• Fraud or repeated violations will lead to account suspension or ban.

3. General Terms (All Users)

a. Wallet Transfers

• 1% fee on transfers, credited to Buselor’s operations wallet.

b. Referral Rewards

• Only genuine referrals allowed. Abuse leads to disqualification.

c. Dispute Resolution

• Buyers have 5 days to raise a dispute.
• Sellers must provide valid delivery proof.

d. Termination

• Violation of terms may result in account ban without notice.

4. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
